Draper Epic 28-Mile

A 28-mile (3,700′ gain) epic challenge linking all the best trails in the area. Sure you’ve ridden Corner Canyon but you haven’t ridden it this way! Ride for the accomplishment or race for the prize money.

Course: See top of this page for GPX, Strava, Garmin download. Note that your fitness app might give slightly different mileages/elevation as stated above. That is common occurrence. Not a problem! Also note that different apps like trailforks may have different names for trails than what you see on the trail.

Start/Finish: Start your fitness app (garmin/phone etc) at the west entrance to the tunnel at the Corner Canyon parking lot in the Andy Ballard Arena. This is also the Finish. Ride thru tunnel – Exit tunnel thru log fence – left/ U turn up road – right onto Lower Corner Canyon Trail – straight onto Lower Corner Canyon road – continue up dirt road – stay right on dirt road towards Coyote Hollow Trailhead Parking – stay straight passing entrance to Creek View trail on your right – single track winds thru trees – turn right at junction towards Coyote Hollow Trailhead Parking – left following signs to Potato Hill – right on Potato Hill Trail – half way up stay left at fork to remain on Potato Hill Trail – left on Ann’s Trail- pass entrance to Tunnel – continue on Ann’s Trail toward Peak View parking lot (currently under construction). At parking lot cross dirt road on to Peak View Trail – up Peak View trail – right on Three Falls Trail – cross paved road onto Bodily Harm Trail – hard right/ U turn onto Stoney Way Trail – straight onto Heritage Hills Loop (don’t go right) – left onto double track – ride double track crossing paved street (next to houses/constructioin) – after you cross the street along the right fence line enter onto North Point Collector Trail – stay on this beat up trail – enter paved parking lot – exit parking lot and turn right onto Heritage Hills Dr./Alpine Blvd.- right onto Fort Canyon Dr. – left onto Meadowlark Dr. – left onto International Way – left onto EagleView Dr – right onto Hog Hollow Way – when Hog Hollow way turns left onto Pfeifferhorn Dr. stay straight onto double track – climb double track hill – continue on double track- in a little bit you’ll see a fence gate – pass the gate and continue up the double track hill – continue on double track – pass trail kiosk on right and pass thru white gate – continue straight on Hog Hollow Rd – left onto Fango Trail – about a mile in on the Fango Trail you come to a junction that is signed Fango Tr. on the left and Fango Tr. on the right. (confusing!) – stay right on Fango Trail – exit trail and cross Suncrest Dr. – hop curb and turn left onto sidewalk – right onto Fango Trail – right onto Woods Hollow Trail – left onto Eagles Crest Trail – thru tunnel – as you climb out of the tunnel you’ll ride thru the trailhead – turn left onto Maple Hollow Tr. (do not go right onto Maple Hollow Downhill Tr.) – turn  right on Ann’s Trail – continue on Ann’s Trail thru tunnel (Potato Hill area) – exit tunnel turn left – quick right down onto Potato Hill Trail – continue on Potato Hill/BST retracing your ride past the Coyote Hollow Trailhead Parking – after passing trailhead the trail bends right – turn left onto single track into trees (don’t turn right onto Canyon Hollow Trail) – after exiting trees turn right onto single track- after exiting the short segment of single track – turn right on dirt road (straight ahead is entrance to Creek View Tr.) – down road – left onto Rush Trail (Limelight) – stay on Rush Skills Flow Trail – left onto dirt road – quick left onto last section of Rush Trail – onto dirt road – thru tunnel – Finish/stop you fitness app (garmin/strava etc) on west end of Tunnel. Man I’m tired just typing this!
