Start: Start your fitness device/app at the big blue “Adopt a Trail” sign which is directly across the street from the bathrooms and the electric sign at the bottom of Big Cottonwood Canyon (see photo)

Finish: Stop your fitness device/app at Brighton General Store (within 15 feet of their front door)

  Stop your fitness app right as you enter the first entry of the Park and Ride Lot at the bottom of Big Cottonwood canyon.
